Brief Description:
Cylindrical extrudates with very low pressure drop and high mechanical strength, ideal for gas purification and VOC removal.
Extrudates are cylindrical activated carbon pellets produced by forcing carbon paste through a die. This shape offers a perfect balance between high adsorption capacity and low pressure drop (minimal resistance to airflow).
Extruded products are preferred in gas treatment systems because they offer a much larger adsorption surface area without obstructing airflow. They are also highly resistant to mechanical wear and generate virtually no dust during operation, making them ideal for air filtration units and pollution control systems.
