Molecular Sieve 3A is an aluminosilicate zeolite with extremely selective pores measuring just 3 Ångström (0.3 nanometers). This very narrow pore size allows it to absorb small water molecules, while effectively excluding larger molecules such as olefins. This makes 3A ideal for applications where highly selective drying processes are essential.
The crystalline structure ensures rapid adsorption and desorption, which means it can be quickly reactivated with mild heating. This results in cost-effective, long-lasting performance under continuous operating conditions.
