FRAGOLTHERM® 590 has low viscosity at low temperatures and can therefore be used between -40 °C and 290 °C in unpressurized systems. The maximum bulk temperature can be increased to 350 °C in pressurized systems.
The film temperature at the heating element must not exceed 370 °C.
When operating at high temperatures, a nitrogen blanket in the expansion tank is recommended to prevent premature aging.
