Fragoltherm® 660
FRAGOLTHERM® 660 is used for unpressurized, indirect heating in heat transfer systems. Typical applications include, for example, systems for converting biomass into electricity (ORC systems), the production of synthetic fibers, waste heat recovery, plastics processing, and distillation and extrusion processes.
FRAGOLTHERM® 660 is used for unpressurized, indirect heating in heat transfer systems. Typical applications include, for example, systems for converting biomass into electricity (ORC systems), the production of synthetic fibers, waste heat recovery, plastics processing, and distillation and extrusion processes.
FRAGOLTHERM® 660 can be used in its liquid phase within a temperature range of 0 °C to 355 °C. The film temperature at the heater must not exceed 385 °C.
When used in a high-temperature range, a nitrogen blanket in the expansion tank is recommended to prevent premature aging.
