Fragoltherm® F-N
FRAGOLTHERM® F-N is used for unpressurized, indirect heating in heat transfer systems. Typical applications include, for example, the heating of calenders and extruders and use in waste heat recovery systems.
FRAGOLTHERM® F-N is used for unpressurized, indirect heating in heat transfer systems. Typical applications include, for example, the heating of calenders and extruders and use in waste heat recovery systems.
FRAGOLTHERM® F-N can be used in the liquid phase within a temperature range of -10 °C to 300 °C. If the pumpability limit can be increased to 2000 mm²/s, the temperature range can be extended to -34 °C. The film temperature at the heating element must not exceed 340 °C.
When operating at high temperatures, a nitrogen blanket in the expansion tank is recommended to prevent premature aging.
