Fragoltherm® Q-32-N
FRAGOLTHERM® Q-32-N is used in various indirect heat transfer systems. Typical applications include foundries, particleboard presses, calenders, vulcanization systems, drying and mixing systems, as well as plastic injection molding systems.
FRAGOLTHERM® Q-32-N is used in various indirect heat transfer systems. Typical applications include foundries, particleboard presses, calenders, vulcanization systems, drying and mixing systems, as well as plastic injection molding systems.
FRAGOLTHERM® Q-32-N can be used in its liquid phase within a temperature range of -12 °C to 320 °C and is particularly suitable for heating processes in the moderate temperature range of 200 °C to 280 °C. The film temperature at the heating unit must not exceed 340 °C.
The low vapor pressure allows the heat transfer system to operate without pressure up to the maximum permissible bulk temperature.
When operating at high temperatures, a nitrogen blanket in the expansion tank is recommended to prevent premature aging.
